With over a decade of experience with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Taylor began as a Purchasing Intern and now serves as Development Sales Manager, leading efforts to develop and secure high-value marketing partnerships. Managing a multi-million dollar portfolio in active revenue and consistently achieving an average new business goal of 115%, Taylor Horton is driven by a passion for growth, collaboration, and innovation within the sports industry. A proud native of Safety Harbor, Taylor enjoys spending weekends on the water with her husband, Tom, and their dog, Finn, embracing the balance between professional success and coastal living.
